Hopscotch Whisky Bar first opened in 2016 as a small, intimate space in a heritage building, in Saint John's historic Trinity Royal district. Catering to whisky connoisseurs and the curious alike, it quickly established itself as a premier destination in the city for fine spirits, and well made cocktails.

In 2024, the bar moved to its current home, increasing significantly in size and scope. Hopscotch now boasts a 25 foot cocktail bar, a full kitchen focused on an elevated casual dining experience, a private tasting room, and a large outdoor seating area. The decor is consistent with the previous space, maintaining much of the charm of the original bar, while providing guests a truly unique dining and beverage experience unlike any other in Atlantic Canada.
